Refund Policy

Qbonline.help charges for the following services:

• Bookkeeping
• Accounting
• Tax management
• Payroll services
• Technical Support Services

We only bill after the service is delivered unless otherwise agreed upon as prepaid with the client. Clients can cancel Qbonline.help services at any time within a notice period of 30 days. All advances and payments made for services rendered are Non-Refundable.

If customers are unsatisfied with the services purchased through this website, they may request a refund of the paid amount citing a valid reason within the first 30 days from the purchase/subscription date. The authorization of a refund is at the sole discretion of Qbonline.help.

All QuickBooks Financial software products may be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice or as per the QuickBooks updated refund policy in force at the time of subscription. We do not accept returns of non-QuickBooks software, professional services including pre-paid time, product training, shipping & insurance charges.

If a shipment is damaged in transit, please retain the packaging and contact us upon receipt to file a claim. Shipping and insurance costs are not refundable. Damaged items, used items, opened items, or items purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for a refund.
